I just got done making these cute felt Halloween treat bags. I cut the felt freehand to make the witch, ghost, vampire, bat, cat, and jack-o-lantern. I think they turned out pretty good for not using a pattern. I glued the images together and glued them to a bag measuring 4x5 inches. I used pinking shears for the cute edge.
