I finally finished something.I made this

beautiful gown for Emilys 6th grade dance.

She looked beautiful. I am very proud of my work.

It is a custom order. I didn't want to make it and limit

it to one size.

Sorry I havent posted anything for a while. I was super busy with work and trying to get my custom projects done. I need to finish them so I can create more of my wool creations. I will post picks of my work I have been working on. Thanks Amy

Cherry Blossom Needle Felted Coupon Holder

Well, I made my coupon holder, and I made a video of my needle felting techniques but my husband just told me we need an adapter to hook the video up to the computer, so when we pick it up I will post the video, here is a picture of the final product. I can't wait to carry it to the store on my next shopping trip. I hope to get the video up over the weekend.

My Needlefelted Coupon Holder

I will make a coupon holder out of gray wool felt. I want to show you how I needlefelt my coupon holder. My list of items are:

either a piece of foam, or a needlefelting block
needle felting needles,I like medium weight
my fabric piece, like wool, felt, or denim, fabric that is heavy
and my color choices in wool roving.
black beads and beading thread and needle.

I am making a cherry blossom branch using black roving my cherry blossoms are going to be red with white centers. I like to bead the centers with black beads. Check back on my video of needlefelting.

Trying to find time to sew

I am so busy with my job and my girls I am having a hard time find the time and energy to sew. My shops are running low on my purses. Wow how to get more time that is the question. Maybe tomorrow night.:) I have great ideas, I am thinking about needlefelting a couple of couple of coupon holders out of felt.
